Wedding Wednesday: Cake Mania Pt1

Not every little girl or boy wishes to have the perfect multi-tiered, perfectly frosted, fondant wedding cake.  Sometimes less is best.
Homemade desserts with natural goops and slathers lend a vintage feel and reckon a simpler time.

Macaron Heaven

I just got this book and I can't wait to perfect my macaronage technique!
I love it because it tells you tips, tricks and trouble-shooting, as well as pictures of what went wrong, why and how to fix it next time.


Cute desserts require cute tools!  I've slowly been compiling the necessary tools and gadgets.  (These are shown in retro red!)
